“I chose to complete both my PGY1 and PGY2 critical-care residency at Monument Health Rapid City Hospital because of the positive experiences I had during my P4 APPE rotation at Monument Health. The preceptors, providers and other caregivers are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. After completion of my PGY2 residency, I decided to stay on at Monument Health for the people and experiences that Monument Health has to offer.
