Positions High in Demand

Nurse Aide

Nurse aides help patients of all ages perform their daily tasks, like personal hygiene, eating, repositioning, taking vital signs and much more. They work under a licensed nurse’s supervision. They have extensive daily contact with each patient, playing a key role in their care and keeping nurses up to date on vital information about patients’ conditions.

Emergency Department Technicians

Emergency Department Technicians assist nursing staff in providing excellent, effective and safe patient care appropriate to the diagnosis of the patient. They are responsible for general medical duties, like assessing patient’s needs, monitoring their health, gathering medical aid particulars and compiling patient records.

Dialysis Technicians

Dialysis Technicians assist the nursing staff in providing efficient, effective and safe hemodialysis treatments to patients who have permanent kidney failure, also known as hemodialysis. Kidney dialysis removes metabolic waste from the blood. This is typically the job of the kidneys, but when the kidneys do not work, kidney dialysis is a necessary treatment for a patient. During dialysis, the technician monitors the dialysis machines and patient’s vital signs.
