Outside Party Agreements are used for an outside company to gain approved, secure access to Monument Health’s computer network.

The Outside Party Agreement can be found HERE. An Outside Party Agreement needs to be on file before employees of that company can request access to Monument Health’s computer network through the ‘Contingent Worker Access Request’. Please attach the agreement to this request once completed.
