Job shadowing is a one-time experience, following a health care professional and learning what it is like to work in health care. Although you will not deliver any care or services, you will gain a new perspective by observing health care professionals.
You should apply for this experience if you:
- Need to shadow one time only, for 2 to 4 hours
- Are considering a career in the health care field
- Have been referred to our program by a career counselor or other advisor
