Nourish restaurant is located on the first floor of Monument Health Rapid City Hospital.

Open 7 days a week, 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Closed from 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. and from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Nourish is an oasis where caregivers, physicians, patients and family members can relax and have a nutritious meal. Our chef and food service caregivers work hard to create a positive experience for all who pass through the restaurant.

You won’t find a bland hospital cafeteria here. Instead, you’ll find a calming atmosphere with the option to eat outdoors. You will also find plenty of healthy, nutritious, wholesome foods – much of it locally sourced. Our partnerships with local growers and ranchers help us further our goal of sustainable, healthy dining.

Market Coffee is located on the first floor of Monument Health Rapid City Hospital, in the former gift shop near the Fairmont Entrance.

Open 7 days a week, 7 a.m.-11 p.m.

In addition to a great cup of Starbucks coffee, you can choose from seasonal menus and fresh gourmet pastries. Market Coffee also provides caregivers a convenient place to purchase a selection of grocery items like milk, eggs and local made products.

Smart Market is located on the first floor of Monument Health Rapid City Hospital, in the former gift shop near the Fairmont Entrance. Located directly across the hall from Market Coffee.

 Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

Smart Market is a self-checkout, retail destination designed to be simple, safe and secure with easy to browse snacks, pre-prepared sandwiches, beverages and even health and beauty products. Infrared sensors detect when a product is picked up, and shopping from multiple doors will all add up into one transaction. When you’re done shopping, simply walk away.

Create is located on the second floor of Monument Health Rapid City Hospital near the Fifth Street Entrance.

Open Monday-Friday, 6 a.m.-2 p.m.

For an exhibition-style culinary experience, caregivers and guests can head to Create. Food is prepared right in front of you, and you have a number of options to customize your order. Additionally, you’ll find your favorite Starbucks Coffee here, as well as a number of bottled beverages, grab-and-go food options and snacks.

Central Table Café is located on the first floor of Monument Health Orthopedic & Specialty Hospital in Rapid City.
