The Monument Health Rehabilitation Center is a licensed 16-bed acute medical rehabilitation unit which provides medical care for patients requiring hospitalization and who require close medical supervision by a physician who specializes in rehabilitation. Patients are provided with 24-hour nursing care. Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services are provided as warranted.

The Rehabilitation unit is located at 1050 Fairmont Blvd, Rapid City. We occupy a wing in the beautiful Village at Skyline Pines Assisted Living Facility. We treat patients of all ages with rehabilitation specific diagnoses. The unit has private rooms with private bathrooms/showers, a patient therapy gym, a commons area and beautiful views overlooking Rapid City.
