Lab On-Demand testing allows individuals to request laboratory testing and receive results without a physician’s order at a discounted price.
- Claims will not be submitted to insurance.
- Payment will be expected at time of service (Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Check).
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
- Monument Health WILL NOT interpret results.
- You are responsible for sharing these results with your provider.
- In the event your results fall into the critical range, our Monument Health Nurse Triage caregivers will contact you by phone.
- Results will only be available in MyChart or by coming to a Monument Health facility to pick them up. Monument Health will not mail results.
- For the most accurate results, please fast 10 to 12 hours prior to your appointment.

We accept walk-in’s or you can call your preferred Monument Health facility to schedule an appointment. Hours of testing at each location are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
