Lab On-Demand testing allows individuals to request laboratory testing and receive results without a physician’s order at a discounted price.
- Claims will not be submitted to insurance.
- Please remit payment at time of service via cash, credit/debit card or check.
- Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
- Monument Health is unable to interpret results.
- It is the patient’s responsibility to share their results with a provider.
- In the event your results fall into the critical range, Monument Health Nurse Triage caregivers will contact you by phone.
- Results are available in the MyChart app or via in-person pick up at a Monument Health facility. Monument Health is unable to mail results.
- For the most accurate results, please fast 8-10 hours prior to your appointment.

We accept walk-in’s or you can call your preferred Monument Health facility to schedule an appointment. Hours of collection at each location are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Exception, Monument Health Orthopedic Hospital 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
