Lab On-Demand testing allows individuals to request laboratory testing and receive results without a physician’s order at a discounted price. This convenient cash labs option is available at Monument Health locations throughout the Black Hills. To schedule your appointment call 605-755-8080.
Hours of collection: All locations Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the exception of Monument Health Orthopedic Hospital 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
What You Need to Know
- Claims will not be submitted to insurance.
- Payment due at time of service via cash, credit/debit card or check.
- Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
- Monument Health is unable to interpret results.
- Patients are responsible for sharing results with provider.
- If results fall into critical range, Monument Health Nurse Triage caregivers will contact you by phone.
- Results are available in the MyChart app or via in-person pick up at a Monument Health facility. Monument Health is unable to mail results.
- For the most accurate results, please fast 8-10 hours prior to your appointment.
