RAPID CITY, S.D. (July 26, 2023) – Ciarra Castleman, a Nurse Aide at Rapid City Hospital, has received the TULIP Award. This award is presented to nursing support caregivers who exemplify Monument Health’s values of trust, respect, compassion, community and excellence. These individuals make a difference in the lives of their patients and patient families, and are a vital part of our nursing care teams. Ciarra was nominated by a patient.
The patient wrote, “This caregiver went beyond expectations during my extended recovery. From the time of my arrival, she treated me as a sister and was always there to help with my collection of issues with a continual smile. She helped make my stay the best that could have been possible. I am pleased to recommend her for consideration for a TULIP award.”
