When are TULIP Awards recognized?
Monument Health nursing support caregivers are recognized with TULIP Awards a number of times throughout the year. These caregivers are awarded:
- 4 a year at Rapid City Hospital.
- 2 times a year at Custer Hospital and Sturgis Hospital.
- 1 time a year at Lead-Deadwood Hospital and Spearfish Hospital
How to nominate a caregiver
Patients, their families, and caregivers may nominate a deserving nursing support staff member online using one of the options below
Once you’ve downloaded the Nomination Form, forms can either be dropped off or mailed to:
