Are you ready to make a difference in health care? Monument Health’s Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program offers a fast track to a fulfilling career in health care. Our comprehensive 75-hour, hands-on training is designed to equip you with the skills needed to become a nurse aide in hospitals, extended care facilities and home health/hospice care.
Program Highlights
- In-person orientation with an introduction to core nursing assistant skills
- 51 hours of self-paced, interactive online education supported by a textbook and workbook
- 8-hour structured skills review session
- 16-hour supervised clinical experience with direct patient interaction
- Eligible to sit for the South Dakota Nursing Assistant Certification Exam upon successful completion of the program and all requirements
Tuition & Testing Fee Reimbursement
We believe in investing in your future. Tuition and testing fees are reimbursed upon completing one year of employment at Monument Health!
Upfront required fees – $1380
Nonrefundable fee for background check, drug screen and immunization compliance tracking – $120.50
Required Immunizations of:
- MMR 2 dose series or positive titer
- Varicella 2 dose series or positive titer or history of illness
- Hep B 3 dose series AND positive titer
- Tdap within the past 10 years
- Meningitis within 5 years if under the age of 22
- Influenza
- TB blood draw or PPD or Clear Chest Xray
