Embracing the Monument Health culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging, we make service and hospitality our specialty. We can help you find your way around the hospital campus, as well as provide nearby lodging and clinic information.
You are warmly greeted by a Patient Ambassador when you enter the hospital through the Main Entrance or the Emergency Department. Patient Ambassadors are readily identified by their black attire and signature gold scarves and ties. Please don’t hesitate to let us know how we can help.
Things to Know
- Hospital visiting hours are 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. daily, including weekends and holidays.
- Visitors should check-in at the visitor check-in kiosk in the main lobby.
- Monument Health Guest Services caregivers will be available to assist visitors and answer any questions.
- Patients in the Emergency Department are permitted one support person, at the discretion of the care team.
- Valet Services are available at the 5th Street Entrance from 5 a.m.-5 p.m. and at the Cancer Care Institute from 7 a.m.-4:40 p.m.
