I was quite impressed! I pulled up to my parking spot & call the number listed, the person answering was very courteous & helpful. I was quickly asked to enter after putting a mask on. I waited approximately 1 minute to receive my testing, everything was explained to me & all my questions were answered. A copy was provided to me. I was escorted to the door & thanked for visiting Monument Health. What a pleasant experience!!
Traveling on vacation and needing an urgent isn’t the best. But we were completely taken care of, and we would highly recommend. 52 minutes to check in, enter all insurance information, etc, all of the vitals and nurse pre visit, plus the doctor was incredible. We also filled out prescriptions… all under an hour! Thank you for caring and also being efficient.

I was here about a month ago and saw Susan Kilpatrick. She was amazing. She was one of the best providers I have EVER been evaluated by. She actually sat down next to me and truly listened to me. I have been dealing with some serious health issues for almost a year and I have not been able to get any answers.
