This plan allows individuals to achieve meaningful weight loss by integrating diet, physical activity and weekly coaching. A medical assessment with our provider will ensure your safety throughout the meal replacement program.
The meal replacement program consists of two phases:
Healthy Solutions Phase 1 – Active weight loss phase: To lose the most weight, you’ll only eat HMR shakes, entrees, fruits and vegetables in place of your meals and snacks. Since you don’t have to think about what to eat, you can focus on learning and practicing new healthier skills you can use for life. You will have weekly group meetings with our dietitian.
Healthy Solutions Phase 2 – Maintenance phase: During this phase you may continue to lose weight and will maintain the weight loss already achieved. You will continue to use some supplements.
