Nurse Triage
Right Care. Right Place. Right Time.
(605) 755-1350
The Nurse Triage Line call is free, and you do not need to have an existing relationship with a Monument Health provider.
If you’re unsure whether your condition warrants a visit to the emergency room, an urgent care or if self-care at home would be sufficient, you can call the Nurse Triage Line and speak with a highly trained nurse who will assess your symptoms, provide guidance and help you determine the appropriate level of care.
Nurses are available weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; weekends from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
