Robert Burgess, M.D., Otolaryngologist, offers comprehensive assessments and evaluations for patients in the diagnosis, treatment and surgical evaluation of ear, nose and throat. All procedures will be performed at Monument Health Rapid City Hospital.

Kyle Schmidt, M.D., Neurosurgeon, offers comprehensive assessments and evaluations for conditions affecting the brain, spine and central nervous system. All procedures will be performed at Monument Health Rapid City Hospital.
Sports Medicine
Stephen Takasaki, D.O., Sports Medicine, offers comprehensive assessments and evaluation to help patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries, chronic joint conditions, sprains, tendonitis, fractures, knee and shoulder injuries, as well as concussions. He treats patients of all ages.
Ear, Nose and Throat
Monument Health’s otolaryngologists specialize in the diagnosis, treatment and surgical evaluation of ear, nose, throat, head and neck disorders. Whenever possible, we use minimally invasive, office-based treatments. However, when surgery is needed we offer a number of options, such as sinuplasty, septoplasty, rhinoplasty, thyroidectomy, parathyroidectomy, tympanoplasty and mastoidectomy.
