Sesame ginger shrimp
Serves 6
Tip: Memorize this easy marinate. It's good on chicken, tofu, tempeh, pork and beef, and makes a great dip for kebabs.
- Add 6 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce.
- Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
- Add 2/12 tablespoons brown sugar.
- Add 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
- Add 2 tablespoons fresh minced ginger.
- Add 4 cloves minced garlic.
- Add 12 ounces shrimp.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Saute for 1 minute.
- Add half marinade mixture.
- Cook for 30 seconds.
