Timesaving tip: Double the batch and place uncooked prepared pizzas in the freezer for later use.

  1. Place pitas on baking sheet.
  2. Spread 1/2 cup marinara.
  3. Add 1/2 cup diced red onion.
  4. Add 1/4 cup sliced button mushrooms.
  5. Add 1/4 cup diced pineapple.
  6. Add 1/4 cup diced bell pepper.
  7. Add 6 tablespoons part-skim mozzarella cheese.
  8. Add 1/4 cup reduced-fat feta cheese.
  9. Add 2 teaspoons turkey bacon bits.
  10. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375 F.
