Parmesan roasted cauliflower

Serves 6

Tip: After you master this technique, try it with broccoli, brussels sprouts or a combination.

  1. Add 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs.
  2. Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest.
  6. Add 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
  7. Add 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
  8. Combine evenly.
  9. Boil 3 cups cauliflower for 3 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 F.
