Grilled salmon

Tip: Worried about overcooking fish? Heat a cast-iron skillet until it's very hot. Add salmon, skin-side up, and cook a few minutes until the crust seals. Cover with a lid, take off heat and let the fish "carry-over cook" for a few minutes.
- Spray cooking spray on one side of salmon fillets.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- Spray cooking spray on surface.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Turn 90 degrees.
- Cook for another 3 minutes.
- Flip the fillets.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Turn 90 degrees.
- Cook for another 3 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
