Job Summary
Responsible for the recruitment process for designated positions / departments. This process includes identifying and implementing effective recruitment plans to identify qualified candidates while managing costs. Additionally, the Recruiter is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the interviewing and hiring process with the designated department representative as well as the Human Resource team. Completes special projects as assigned.

Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Coordinates all activities in the recruitment process.
- Maintains accurate records of active job openings and received applications; manages internal and external job postings.
- Navigates the CRM and ATS to filter candidates and progress the recruitment process.
- Review resumes and conducts screening interviews to assess the applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Facilitates scheduling, interviewing, and placement of candidates with hiring leaders.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Assists all applicants and responds promptly to applicants' requests for information.
- Will negotiate offers with selected candidates.
- Provides formal written or verbal follow-up to all candidates interviewed but not selected.
- Provides regular follow-up meetings or communication with all hiring leaders focused on building and maintaining positive working relationships and develop, plan, implement, and coordinates specific recruitment plans in collaboration with team members.
- Advises hiring managers on matters relating to recruitment, advertising, interviewing, and selection criteria.
- Conducts follow up with hiring managers regarding the applicant’s interview and final selection and verifies past work history of prospective employees in a timely manner.
- Proofread, title, and post approved job descriptions for vacancy needs.
- Assists in sourcing qualified candidates to manage a strong candidate pipeline to fill vacancies and projected needs.
- Advises candidates in career development, offers advice, and provides insight into an appropriate position match. Identifies resources to help candidates achieve desired positions.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events, recruitment fairs, career fairs, and healthcare events. Travel outside of the area should be expected.
- All other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements
Required:
Education – High School Diploma/ GED Equivalent
Preferred:
Experience – 1+ years of Recruiting, Sales, and/or Health Care Experience
Education – Bachelors degree
Physical Requirements:
Light work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
