RAPID CITY HOSPITAL PARKING CHANGES
Parking changes at Rapid City Hospital start Monday, July 20 at 7:00 a.m.
To make way for the Children’s expansion project, a large portion of the Fairmont Blvd parking lot will be fenced off and closed for the duration of the 19-month project.
Ensuring our patients and visitors can access care easily and without added stress remains a top priority.
Here’s what’s changing:
- Cardiac rehab, inpatient dialysis and hyperbaric patients: Park in the Cancer Care Institute parking lot and enter through the Fairmont Entrance
- East Parking Garage (upper deck): Will be split between employee parking (east half) and patient and visitor parking
- South Lot: Continues as a primary employee parking area, with space available
- Women’s & Children’s patients and visitors with scheduled appointments: Enter through the 5th Street Entrance
We know construction changes can be an adjustment, and we appreciate your patience as we work to keep access to care as easy as possible throughout this project.
