Monument Health Neuroscience Center in Rapid City is looking for a full-time Epileptologist.
We are looking for an Epileptologist to join a well-established outpatient group practice. This is a busy hospital-employed position in a collegial group environment, with all major subspecialties represented. Inpatient neurology needs are provided by a fully-staffed 24 hour Neurohospitalists service. Inpatient EEG wet reads are done by Neurohospitalists, and on weekdays epileptologists make the final read and report. Financial incentives for reading additional studies outside of normal work hours are available if desired.
The Neuroscience Center is located at the main MH Rapid City campus, a busy tertiary care center that serves a 5-state region. It includes a busy regional sleep center, neurohospitalist service, neurointerventionalist service, and comprehensive outpatient neurology services. Epilepsy neurosurgical services and an EMU are anticipated starting in fall 2026, with plans to apply for Level III epilepsy center.
Base salary of $425K. Productivity bonus incentive opportunities start from day one. Starting and retention bonuses of $142K. Other benefits include relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice, and a full benefits package.

Qualification: BE/BC in Neurology and Epilepsy, with fellowship training in Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology.
