The following trainings must be completed before you begin working. Please write down the confirmation number at the end of each video to show you have completed the training.
This training is for:
Contractors performing work and/or construction of a Monument Health facility
Vendors or suppliers providing goods or services to a Monument Health facility
Contractors & Vendors needing computer and badge access
Contractors needing ONLY badge access
Instructions: Monument Health has gone to a new process for contractor paperwork for both new and existing contractors. All paperwork must submitted electronically.
1. Review the Contractor & Vendor Form, which will be signed off on in Step 4.
2. Review the following 3 trainings and get the confirmation number from each training which can be found at the end.
