October 6, 2026 Doc Talk Live! Returns to Spearfish for Season Two

Spearfish, S.D., Oct. 6, 2026 – Doc Talk Live! is returning to Spearfish for a second season, with new locations and a new lineup of Monument Health physicians and providers. Patients and community members are encouraged to attend, ask questions and learn in a relaxed environment.

Season two kicks off with back-to-back women’s health episodes at Spearfish Creek Wine Bar. On Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 5:30 p.m., OB/GYNs Michelle Krohn, D.O., and Heather Brewer, M.D., will discuss perimenopause and menopause, including hot flashes, brain fog, sleep changes, weight gain, hormones, mood and sexual health. On Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 5:30 p.m., OB/GYNs Michael Growney, M.D., and Jessica Donner, M.D., will cover menstrual topics, including heavy bleeding, clots, bleeding between periods, cramping and changes in the menstrual cycle.

In November, Doc Talk Live! will launch a monthly pediatric series for parents and caregivers at Jitter Joint Play Cafe. Sessions are held the second Thursday of each month throughout March. Topics will range from winter illnesses and infant feeding to bedwetting, constipation, the early childhood years and the tween and teen years. Speakers include pediatricians Mauricio Rendon, M.D., Paula Marsland, M.D., and Tara Ulmer, M.D., along with physician assistants Mackenzi Gatzke, PA-C, and Jami Kortan, PA-C.
