Nurse Triage

Right Care. Right Place. Right Time.

(605) 755-1350

If you live in or are visiting western South Dakota, the nurse triage line is free for you to use.

If you’re unsure whether your condition warrants a visit to the emergency room, an urgent care or if self-care at home would be sufficient, you can call the Nurse Triage Line and speak with a highly trained nurse who will assess your symptoms, provide guidance and help you determine the appropriate level of care.

Nurses are available weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (not open on Christmas day)
