PAPERLESS BILLING

Paperless Billing is an efficient and eco-friendly way to manage your health care payments. Enjoy the convenience of accessing your statements anytime, anywhere, while reducing your environmental impact.

As of February 12, 2025, paperless billing will be turned on by default for existing MyChart accounts, and new MyChart account users will automatically be enrolled in paperless billing.

If you would prefer to continue receiving paper statements in the mail, you will need to opt out of paperless billing.

To opt out of paperless billing:

  1. Visit the MyChart website and log in using your credentials.
  2. Access Your Menu
  3. Navigate to the Billing section
  4. Click on “Billing Summary” to proceed.
  5. To turn Paperless Billing off toggle the button on the right side and click “Save Changes”. You can turn this back on any time by toggling the button back.

You may also want to review your communication preferences. If you select “Review billing notifications”, you will be taken to the communication preference menu, where you can change how you receive notifications about billing and other communication
