Job Summary

As a System Workforce Office (SWO) Staffing Representative, you will work with other SWO caregivers and departments throughout Monument Health to provide an excellent experience in written, in-person, and virtual communication, appointment scheduling, skills and certification verification, paperwork processing, and data entry. You will be supporting multiple departments throughout all markets, helping facilitate real-time schedule adjustments depending on departmental staffing and scheduling needs. This role has a significant impact in supporting high priority workforce optimization initiatives, is a great opportunity to understand key areas of workforce optimization in healthcare today, and also provides strong opportunity for growth into other workforce optimization roles and key human resources functions.

Remote workers are hired in these states: Wyoming, Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Ohio and South Dakota.

**Currently the hours on this position are 12:30 pm-9:00 pm, mostly Monday-Friday with a rotation of every 4th weekend.**

Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office for communication and documentation (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Deliver customer service excellence aligned to standard operating procedures with all calls, emails, documentation, and virtual interactions.
  • Provide timely communication connected to standard operating procedures to the SWO, other corporate service teams, and with department leaders, schedulers, and unit assistants.
  • Properly document and communicate real-time caregiver schedule changes with SWO supported departments.
  • Run reports and provide them to SWO analysts and other requesting customers.
  • Learn and successfully navigate our scheduling and attendance technology.
  • Assist in the design and updating of quick reference cards and information sheets for distribution to caregivers.
  • Attend daily huddles and prepare informational handoff reports to the upcoming SWO shifts.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements


Experience - 1+ years of Human Resources Experience

Education - Associates degree in Administrative, Human Resources, or Related Field

Physical Requirements: Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
