Fund Descriptions:
Hospice House – Support the Hospice House located in Rapid City. Since opening in 2007, our Hospice House has offered home-like amenities, care and comfort for patients and their families. Visits by family members and friends are welcome at the patient’s discretion. Patients can accept mail, flowers and Mylar balloons.
Hospice of the Hills Care – Support the Monument Health Home+ Hospice made available for people no matter where they call “home” – a private home, assisted living, nursing home throughout Rapid City and the Southern Hills communities
Northern Hills Hospice Care – Support the Monument Health Home+ Hospice made available for people no matter where they call “home” – a private home, assisted living, nursing home throughout the Northern Hills communities
